CPL è basato sulla formula 6845-FRICTION FREE ed è la nostra soluzione di un unico prodotto che simultaneamente sia capace di assolvere all’intera sequenza di operazioni che nel loro insieme costituiscono la completa manutenzione armi, ma innanzitutto è capace di una incredibile lubrificazione dei cinematismi garantita dalla base 6845 potenziata con 2 TIPOLOGIE diverse DI PTFE progettate entrambe per funzionare in modo omogeneo così da lubrificare i componenti dei cinematismi con azione continua FRICTION-FREE insita nella base 6845 per ottenere una permanente attività antiattrito che consenta massima scorrevolezza durante gli stress meccanici e ciò malgrado eventuale contatto diretto con agenti climatico-ambientali quali sabbia marina, sabbia desertica, acqua piovana, acqua salmastra, fango e neve, e tutto questo entro il range temperature di esercizio compreso tra -40°C ><190°C.

CPL può essere utilizzato inoltre:

1. -per la pulizia di tutte le parti esterne ed interne dell’intera arma, compreso l’interno della canna ed utilizzabile su tutte le superfici sia metalliche quanto non metalliche (*ad eccezione delle ottiche e dei sistemi elettronici di puntamento)
   

2. -per un’immediata azione dewatering così come può sbloccare><sciogliere le misture solidificate composte da corrosione > sporco > ruggine > sale-marino > lubrificanti > grasso
   

3. -per la protezione anticorrosione di tutte le componenti delle armi malgrado l’eventuale presenza di umidità o aria salmastra.

CPL is based on the formula 6845-FRICTION FREE and is our solution of a single product that simultaneously is able to perform the entire sequence of operations that together constitute the complete maintenance of weapons, but above all it is capable but above all it is capable of incredible lubrication of the kinematics guaranteed by the 6845 base enhanced with 2 different TYPES OF PTFE both designed to work homogeneously so as to lubricate the components of the kinematics with continuous action FRICTION-FREE inherent in base 6845 to obtain a permanent anti-friction activity that allows maximum smoothness during mechanical stress and this despite any direct contact with climatic- environmental agents such as sea sand, desert sand, rainwater, brackish water, mud and snow, and all of this within the operating temperature range of -40°C ><190°C

6845-XLP è additivato al 31% di NytroFlon™, ed è un lubrificante progettato per armi utilizzate principalmente in “ambienti climatici ostili” pertanto consente una costante lubrificazione malgrado la presenza di condizioni climatico- ambientali estreme come pioggia, neve, fango, sabbia marina, sabbia desertica, acqua salmastra, cristalli del ghiaccio.

La caratteristica PERPETUAL AUTOCLEANING FUNCTION fa in modo che 6845-XLP possa lubrificare ed al contempo “ripulire” i cinematismi che dovessero funzionare durante le condizioni sopra menzionate, isolando costantemente le superfici trattate dalle impurità che dovessero venire a contatto diretto con i componenti dell’arma o che si possano creare in seguito a lunghe sessioni di tiro tra una manutanzione e l’altra.

Per questa sua particolare caratteristica 6845-XLP può essere utilizzato anche se l’arma non è stata pulita preventivamente, tenuto conto che questa modalità di applicazione è da intendersi quale intervento di emergenza causato da impossibilità nell’effettuare la manutenzione secondo il sistema corretto;

6845-XLP is added 31% NytroFlon™, and it is a lubricant designed for weapons used mainly in "hostile climate environments" therefore it allows a constant lubrication despite the presence of extreme climatic- environmental conditions such as rain, snow, mud, sea sand, desert sand, brackish water, ice crystals.

The PERPETUAL AUTOCLEANING FUNCTION feature ensures that 6845-XLP can lubricate and at the same time "clean up" the kinematics that should work during the above mentioned conditions, constantly isolating the treated surfaces from impurities that come into direct contact with the components of the weapon or that can be created after long shooting sessions between one maintenance and another. Because of this particular feature 6845-XLP can be used even if the weapon has not been cleaned beforehand, whereas this mode of application is to be understood as an emergency intervention caused by the impossibility of carrying out maintenance according to the correct system;
